Law & Jurisdiction.

This Privacy Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with Minnesota law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions, or your use of the website, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts located within Hennepin County, Minnesota, without regard to any conflict of law issues. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Tech Tac Toe shall still be allowed to seek and apply for injunctive remedies in any jurisdiction.
